\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tBen was very professional and did not make me feel uneasy at any time, we set goals, objectives and had time to reflect. It was week three that, after talking with Ben, I had my \u201clight bulb moment\u201d. I realised that I can\u2019t change what I have witnessed, but I can work on the future. We continued for a further three weeks and I think parted as friends. Conclusion, I feel that if it was not for the speedy access to the counsellor I would have drifted further down the wrong road. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tI was going through a very difficult time in my life. I was unable to identify my needs and my communication was manifesting itself in an angry and unproductive way. At one point, I was suicidal. Therapy with Ben changed my relationship and my life. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tTherapy has really helped me to have a better understanding of the core beliefs which I didn\u2019t know I had or that they were so embedded in me and which were driving my self absorbed and often volatile behaviour. As a result I have been able to change my core beliefs which has had a significant impact on my ability to deal with the triggers which for so long controlled me and dictated my responses to people in my life and to certain situations. Ben was patient, supportive, and kind in helping me to understand those feelings and the beliefs and actions which had lead me to such a dark place. Today, I\u2019m much happier, positive, and appreciative. I have a much greater sense of worth and purpose which is having a positive impact on my relationships with family & friends and at work. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tBefore therapy, my mental health was in a poor state, and I was desperate for help. My sessions with Ben gave me the support I greatly needed in this time. The result is, I am now significantly more stable and strong place mentally, and can take this with me forward into the future. Ben handled every session fantastically.
