\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tBen was very professional and did not make me feel uneasy at any time, we set goals, objectives and had time to reflect. It was week three that, after talking with Ben, I had my \u201clight bulb moment\u201d. I realised that I can\u2019t change what I have witnessed, but I can work on the future. We continued for a further three weeks and I think parted as friends. Conclusion, I feel that if it was not for the speedy access to the counsellor I would have drifted further down the wrong road. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tI was going through a very difficult time in my life. I was unable to identify my needs and my communication was manifesting itself in an angry and unproductive way. At one point, I was suicidal. Therapy with Ben changed my relationship and my life.
